Wonderful Secessionist design with cobalt glass cased over crystal then cut back leaving 8 facets and 8 thick cobalt carved medallion withy stylized flowers. Probably produced by Ludwig Moser or Glasfachschule Steinschönau
Very Good Condition with 2 tiny flakes on the base clearly shown in photos. The Enamel is in nearly perfect shape. The base could easily be polished to remove the small flakes so I can have that done if you wish.
