Below from Collectors Weekly

“E.S. Monot founded a glass factory in 1851, which then transferred to Pantin in 1855 (84 rue de Paris). This French glass factory carried a few names over the intervening years, including; "Monot et Cie" and "Monot Père et Fils et Stumpf." In 1889, Monot withdrew from the company and the glassworks transferred to "Stumpf, Touvier Viollet & Cie." It was under this later iteration that the Cristallerie de Pantin came into regional fame and competed with Emile Galle and other French glasshouses in the production of Art Nouveau glass. The Pantin works produced cameo glass under the art direction of Camille Tutré Varreux with the name "De Vez" from 1908 to 1910, and eventually, the company merged with "Legras & Cie" in 1919.”
